• Clean your piercing 2-3 times daily with wound wash

• make sure to titen all jewlry on a weekly basis/they can loosen with time

• watch for redness or warmth of the skin if this happens reach out to piercer right away

• if you have swelling make sure to ice it and take ibuprofen if swelling to much contact the piercer

• change pillow cases and bedding more often than normal
